One FREE exhibitor card is automatically issued per each 10 m² of exhibition area. Every exhibitor will be required to carry the card, as a pass for unrestricted movement around the fair premises. The cards will be handed over to the exhibitors during registration on the day of installation.

The soirée will take place on Friday 6 Sept 2013. Its venue and time will be specified before the start of the fair. Attendance is subject to payment of the admission fee.

TICKETS FOR VISITORS 100.- CZK per person	Our order	pcs
In response to your suggestions, we offer you the purchase of tickets for your business partners for 100.- CZK without VAT, while the common price is 150.- CZK including VAT. Young people up to 18 years and students are granted free admission subject to presentation of an ID card. The ticket is valid for one person throughout one day. If you are interested in making use of this offer, please let us know the required number of tickets. After the end of the event, the counterfoils with the name of your company will be summed up and the sum total included in final invoicing. The counterfoils will be sent to you for checking together with the invoice. The tickets will be available from June 2013.

FORK-LIFT TRUCK		We are interested in this service
It is necessary to specify beforehand the day and hour of use. A fee of 550.- CZK per each started hour will be charged for this service.

PALETTE TRUCK		We are interested in this service
It is necessary to specify beforehand the day and hour of use. A fee of 150.- CZK per each started half-hour will be charged for this service.

PARKING FOR EXHIBITORS

FOR CARS OVER 3.5 T
Vehicles over 3.5 t can park nonstop in the TIR car park at Gate 9. Sanitary facility (WC and shower) is available. Parking fee collection and access to the park are dealt with by the staff at Gate 9.

Installation of stands

This service is provided by an external partner – the Veletrhy (Fairs) Brno, a.s. (joint-stock company), and its price does not include the fee charged for the net exhibition area.
We also build customized expositions ourselves, for clients who send us their designs plus a list of required equipment and quotation requirement.

by 1 August, 2013 to Veletrhy Brno, a.s. for approval. See Organizational instructions for installation, process and dismantling – building of expositions.

By submitting this Binding Application we confirm that we are familiar with its contents, as well as the contents of all the Annexes listed below, and that we agree with them unreservedly. Furthermore we pledge to pay all invoices and the final invoice by the date of maturity. In the opposite case, this application shall be regarded as invalid. The prices are quoted without 21 % VAT. AZV is a VAT payer.
In case of additional orders and changes announced and made after the deadline for the submission of applications, i.e. from 30 Aug, 2013 till the end of the fair on 8 Sept, 2013, an extra of 50 % from the price will be charged.
